摘要
目的探讨微型钛板坚强内固定术在眼眶骨折治疗中的方法及疗效。方法对26例眼眶骨折施行微型钛板坚强内固定术,术后随访6～12月。结果患者外形恢复良好,无明显功能障碍,未发现钛板排斥反应及其他并发症。X线或CT检查骨折对位愈合良好,未见骨折移位或移植物的移位。结论微型钛板坚强内固定术治疗眼眶骨折效果显著,并发症少。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of interal fixation with titanic micro-plates in orbital fractures. Methods 26 eases were treated by interal fixation with titanic micro-plates in orbital fraetares and followed up 6- 12 months after operation. Results After surgery, the configuration of orbital bone is normal and the patient had no dysfunction.There were no rejection. The fixed titanic micro-plates were stable by X-ray study and CT scanning postoperatively. Conclusions The interal fixation with taitanie micro-plates in orbital fractures is an effective and ideal treatment of orbital fractures.
