摘要
【目的】探讨胎盘粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)、蜕膜基板中滋养细胞、巨噬细胞的变化与子痫前期的相关性。【方法】采用免疫组化的方法检测24例子痫前期孕妇胎盘组织中的GM-CSF的相对含量以及蜕膜基板中滋养细胞、巨噬细胞的变化,并以22例正常初孕妇为对照。【结果】子痫前期组胎盘组织GM-CSF水平(11.06±1.83)明显高于对照组(5.45±1.11),P<0.001。子痫前期组蜕膜基板滋养细胞数(70.25±21.07)明显低于对照组(92.73±17.46),P<0.001。子痫前期组蜕膜基板巨噬细胞数(27.88±11.18)明显高于对照组(9.55±4.51),P<0.001。【结论】子痫前期患者胎盘组织GM-CSF水平较对照组明显升高、蜕膜基板中滋养细胞显著减少、巨噬细胞显著增多,可能与胎盘浅植入有关。
[Objective ] To discuss the relationship among granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF),the change of trophoblasts and macrophage in decidual basal plate and preeclampsia. [Method] To detect the relative concentration of GM-CSF in placental tissue and observe the invasion of trophoblasts and macrophage in placental decidua by immunohistochemistry; 24 puerperas with preeclampsia and 22 normaltensive pregnant women was studied. [Result] The placental GM-CSF level in pteeclampsia patients (11.06±1.83) is much higher than that in contrasts (5.45±1.11, P〈 0.001). The amount of trophoblasts in decidua basal plate of preeclampsia patients (70.25±21.07) was much lower than that in contrasts (92.73±17.46, P〈 0.001 ). The amount of macrophage in decidua basal plate of preeclampsia patients (27.88±11.18) was much higher than that in contrasts (9.55±4.51, P〈 0.001 ). [Conclusion] The placental level of GM-CSF in preeclampsia women is much higher than that in normaltensive pregnant women. The amount of trophoblasts in decidua basal plate of preeclampsia woman is notably reduces and the amount of maerophage is markedly elevated which may relates to shallow placentation.
