摘要
目的探讨颅内病变X刀治疗的疗效及科学性。方法应用我院早期设计的直线加速器放射外科装置和Leibinger-Fischer系统共治疗颅内病变1250例,包括颅内肿瘤、血管瘤和三叉神经痛,并进行随访和分析。结果80.4%的病例获得随访,治疗的结果与Leksellγ刀的有关的报道相近,并发症少。结论X刀放射外科是颅内病变的重要治疗手段,疗效确切,其核心技术环节是剂量规划。严格掌握适应证、制定个体化的治疗计划和对整个治疗过程实施严格的质量控制,是确保疗效、降低并发症的重要措施。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and the rationality of the X knife radiosurgery for treatment of intracranial lesions. Methods 1250 cases with intracranial tumors, haemangioma and trifacial neuralgia were treated with Libinger-Fischer LINAC-based radiosurgery system and FN-X stereotactic radiosurgery system designed by our center in the initial stage.
