摘要 介绍一个具有代表性的居住小区的综合节能应用技术,在小区规划、建筑设计中,通过合理确定建筑体型系数,窗墙面积比,对外墙、屋面、外窗等采取节能措施,加强供热管网保温,改善了室内热环境,取得明显的社会效益和环境效益。 This is an introduction about a comprehensive energy conserving practical technology for the design and construction of a housing quarter.There are a great number of major factors being beliberately considered and well treated namely: (1) the general plan and architectural design of the housing quarter, (2) the appropriate determination of architectural style and its coefficient, (3) the area-coefficient and area-ratio between window and adjacent wall. (4)the energy conserving measures for all those external walls, roofs and windos etc., (5) the strengthening of thermal preservation of thermal preservation of heating supply pipelines and (6) the improvement of inside room's environment. All these have achieved success with social benefit and environmental efficacy.
