摘要
目的在三维心脏组织结构模型中显示心脏内部的血液流动情况,当视点进入心脏内部时也能清晰判断血流的流向,辅助病情诊断。方法应用虚拟现实技术,在三维心脏组织结构中,将彩色超声成像仪采得的二维血流信息用矢量箭头和锥形箭头两种方式显示。结果在三维的视角中任意旋转时能够清晰地同时显示出血流矢量和三维心脏组织的空间结构。结论现有市售有RT3DE的超声仪器实际采用的是二维的血流显示方式,仅能显示二维切面上的彩色编码血流,无法直观地进行任意角度观察。采用本文的方法可以在任意观察角度同时观察的心脏结构和血流情况,具有一定的优势。
Objective To visuabze blood flow patterns when the viewpoint moves into the 3D cardiac tissue structure,and to facilitate the diagnosis of cardiac diseases.Methods Basec on the virtual reality technique the 2D color blood flow signal acquized by the Echocardiography System is displayed as arrow or come in the virtual cardiac tissue structure.Results The blood flow and the 3D cardiac tissue sucessure can both be shown when arbitrarily rotated in the 3D seene.Conclusion Most of the ultrasound equipments avalable in the market have RT3DE function by adopting 2D blood display style.The physician can not observe the blood flow incoitionistic.This article provides new techniques for conquering these disadvantages.
