脊神经节内肥大细胞与肽能神经的构筑关系

摘要 目的探讨脊神经节内肥大细胞与肽能神经的关系。方法采用常规组织学染色和免疫组织化学染色方法对家兔脊神经节内肥大细胞和P物质免疫阳性反应进行观察。结果在P物质免疫反应阳性的神经元和神经纤维周围散在着肥大细胞。结论在脊神经节内,肥大细胞与肽能神经存在着组织形态学上的构筑关系。 Objective To study the correlation of mast cells and peptidrgic nerves in rabbit dorsal root ganglia. Methods Normal tissue stain and immunohistochemical stain were used to observe the mast cell and substance P immunoreactivity in dorsal root ganglia. Results The result showed that mast cell located near substance P positive neurons. Conclusions Mast cells and peptidergic nerves have histo-morphologic relation in dorsal root ganglia.
