摘要
研究了喷涂电压、喷涂电流、表面预处理、预热、后热处理对电弧喷涂3Cr13钢涂层结合强度的影响.结果表明:电弧喷涂φ2 mm的3Cr13钢丝材的适宜电压、电流为28~35 V、170~180 A;喷砂处理是提高涂层与基体结合强度的最佳表面预处理工艺;采用合适的表面预处理、喷涂打底层、严格控制基体的热量输入是提高涂层结合强度的有效途径.
Effects of different spraying voltage and current, surface pretreatment, pre-heat, and subsequently heat treatment on bonding strength of arc sprayed 3Cr13 steel coating were investigated. The results indicate that the suitable voltage and current are 28 -35 V and 170 - 180 A for arc spraying 3Cr13 steel wire with diameter of 2 mm. Sand blast is the optimum method for surface pretreatment to enhance the bonding strength between coating and matrix. Applying a suitable surface pretreatment, spraying base coating and strictly controlling heat input into the base metal are the effective ways to improve the bonding strength of arc spraying 3Cr13 steel coating.
