Progress in the Application of Cerebral Revascularization

摘要 脑血运重建术已广泛用于脑动脉瘤、烟雾病和颅底肿瘤等疾病的治疗,能否用于预防缺血性卒中尚存在争议,但越来越多的研究已持肯定意见。文章就脑血运重建术的应用现状进行综述。 Cerebral revascularization has been widely used in the treatment of cerebral aneurysm, moyamoya disease, and basicranial tumor. Whether it can be used in the prevention of ischemic stroke remains controversial, but a growing body of research has demonstrated its benefits. This article reviews the present application situation of the revascularization.
