摘要
通过向环氧树脂/酸酐体系中添加乙酰丙酮镧系过渡金属络合物、硅烷偶联剂和纳米二氧化硅,制备出满足预浸湿法纤维缠绕工艺要求的具有长期化学稳定性和温度触变性的树脂体系,并应用FT-IR、SEM等分析手段对环氧树脂的温度触变现象进行了研究.研究表明:此纳米S iO2/环氧树脂/酸酐体系具有温度触变性,触变温度为(60±5)℃,室温贮存期大于30 d,满足预浸湿法纤维缠绕用树脂体系的基本要求.
Epoxy resin system for wet pre-impregnating filament winding with long-term chemical stability was prepared by adding acetyl acetone transition-metal complex compound( [ Mt(acac) n ] ) , silane coupling agent and nano SiO2 to the epoxy resin/anhydride matrix. The temperature thixotropic phenomena of the resin system is investigated by FT-IR and SEM. Experimental results show that the nano SiO2/epoxy resin/anhydride system has temperature thixotropy, and the thixotropic tempreture is (60 ± 5 )℃. The system can be maintained more than 30 days at room temperature. These results satisfied the fundamental requirements of the epoxy resin system for wet pre-impregnating filament winding.
