2型糖尿病患者小肠移行性复合运动规律的研究

A study on small bowel motility in type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:观察2型糖尿病患者小肠消化间期移行性复合运动(MMC)变化,并分析其与糖尿病胃肠病的关系。方法:18例2型糖尿病患者及10名健康对照者禁食8h以上,用瑞典CTD公司生产的灌注式8导小肠测压系统记录6～8h,并对糖尿病患者进行症状评分。结果:糖尿病患者起源于胃窦的MMC减少,MMCⅢ相波幅降低,MMCⅡ相动力指数降低,传导速度增快,出现异常传导与收缩,组成异常的MMC与糖尿病胃肠症状明显相关。结论:糖尿病患者的MMC存在异常,与糖尿病胃肠病变密切相关。

Objective To investigate the variety of interdigestive migrating motor complex in patients with diabetes mellitus and to detect the relation to gastrointestinal disease in diabetes. Methods Recordings of interdigestive gastroin-testinal motility for 6-8 hours in 18 patients with type 2 diabetes and in 10 healthy volunteers were obtained by water- perfused micromanometric multi-channel system and the gastrointestinal symptoms were also evaluated. Results In the diabetic group, the amount of MMC generating from gastric antrum obviously reduced, and the amplitude of the phage m in the antrum and motility index of the phage Ⅱ were significantly lower than those in the control group, There were abnormal conductions in diabetic group and the velocity rose greatly. There was significant correlation between MMC and gastroin- testinal symptoms. Conclusions The gastrointestinal motility disorders are apparent in the diabetic patients. There is a close relationship between the gastrointestinal motility disorders and the gastrointestinal symptoms in diabetes.
