摘要
目的:定量分析银染核仁形成区(AgNOR)颗粒,探讨其与良、恶性细胞间的内在关系。方法:用AgNOR染色技术对231例良、恶性浆膜腔积液细胞内的AgNOR进行定量分析,并对其形态进行观察。结果:AgNOR均数与良、恶性细胞高度相关,其形态与良、恶性细胞的类型也存在一定的相关性。结论:AgNOR定量分析,对良、恶性细胞的鉴别具有很高的参考价值,其形态对恶性细胞的分型起一定的指导作用。
Objective To study the intrinsic relations between silver-staining uncleolar organizer region (AgNOR) and benign or malignant cells by the quantitative analysis to AgNOR in order to improve the diagnosis rate. Methods Two hundred and thirty-one samples from benign or malignant cells in fluid of the serous cavity were detected with staining technology and quantitative analysis to AgNOR and the appearance of the benign or malignant cells was also observed. Results The mean value of AgNOR had high relationship with the nature of the cells. The cell appearance also had certain relevance to the type of benign or malignant cells. Conclusions The quantitative analysis to AgNOR has high reference value for the distinction between benign and malignant cells, whose appearance plays certain instructive role in the classification of malignant cells.
