静电作用于水,能杀灭水中细菌.杀菌机制之一是产生了活性氧,如超氧阴离子自由基O2-等.杀菌率随处理时间和放置时间而变化.这些解释了静电水“记忆”的不稳定性.
Electrostatic field acting on water can kill bacteria due to bactericidal active-oxygen produced in water like ; The bactericidal potency varies with treatment time and laying- time. These explained unstable memory of electrostatic field treated water.
