十二烷基硫酸钠为模板制备ZnO纳米管新方法的研究 被引量:9

摘要 ZnO nano-tubes could be synthesized with ZnCl2 and Na2CO3 as raw materials and twelve alkyl Na2SO4 as template under suitable conditions. XRD, TEM and TGA results indicate that the tube is composed of many funnel-shaped cavities connecting with each other like bamboo. The outer diameter of the tube is about 65 nm and the inner diameter is about 35 nm. Every cavity is about 50 nm in length.
