在分析了当今我国城市发展面临的三大变革的基础上，研究了新一轮城市空间结构发展和规划的基本趋势，提出了建设面向后工业化时代的集散型城市、满足市场经济运作的灵活形城市和以人类适居性为主题的家园性城市等新的规划立意和观念．

Based on the analysis of the three revolutions in the development of Chinese cities today, new planning conceptions of collecting- and- distributing structure city, flexiable structure city and habitable structure city are presented in the thesis.
