摘要
BESMAP是一个大型固体力学边界无法通用程序包,具有相当完善的前后处理功能,可解决多种固体力学问题.文中讨论了BESMAP及其编程技术,详细讨论了前后处理技术,包括其功能、流程、运行和特点等.为了说明其良好的工程应用前景,文中将BESMAP应用于三维抽油杆杆体及接头等不同部位表面椭圆形裂纹在拉伸载荷作用下的应力强度因子的计算,由裂纹尖端八节点的奇异性边界元的位移场给出了应力强度因子语裂纹线的变化.与实验结果比较,文中结果具有较高的精度.
BESMAP is a large solid mechanics-boundary element methods analysis package, and has perfect pre-and post-processing functions, and can solve a lot of various solid mechanical problems. In this paper, we discuss the package BESMAP and its programing techniques. We discuss the pre- and postprocessing techniques including their functions, executions and advantages. In order to show the good prospect of BESMAP which is applied to engineering problems, we calculate the stress intensity factors of the cracks on the surface of the sucker rod. From the displacements at & nodes of the singular element, we obtain the stress intensity factor along the crack line. Comparing with the experimental results, the results in this paper are accurate.
