摘要
Cd胁迫下小白菜干物质积累降低。从外观看,Si在5 mg/L Cd处理时对其毒害有一定的缓解能力。5 mg/L Cd对小白菜PSⅡ光化学效率(Fv/Fm)影响不显著,长时间高浓度Cd(25,50 mg/L)处理使小白菜叶片显著发生光抑制;Si,Cd复合处理后期Si表现一定的缓解光抑制能力。Cd,Si对小白菜光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)的开放存在互作效应,Si能提高小白菜光合机构自我保护能力。
Pakchoi ( Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis L. ) plants were grown in the hydroponics system to study the effects of silicon on grwth and chlorophyll fluorescence in pakchoi treated by cadmium. The results showed that Cd significantly reduced the dry weight of shoot and root. Si could slightly increase plant height. From plant growth appearance, Si could alleviate Cd toxicity under the conditions of 5 mg/L Cd. The effect of 5 mg/L Cd on Fv/Fm of pakchoi was not significant. Photoinhibition of pakchoi could be easily induced from the treatment of 25 or 50 mg/L Cd for long time. Under Si + Cd .b treatments, Si could relieve the light inhibition induced by to Cd during the latter period of treatment. There was a interaction effect of Cd and Si on PS 11 opeaning of pakchoi, and Si could increase protecting ability on photoorganization of pakchoi plant.
