噁唑菌酮在柑橘上的残留动态研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用乙腈提取、硅胶柱净化、HPLC的检测方法,研究了噁唑菌酮在柑橘中的残留动态。结果表明,方法的回收率为79.28%~101.47%,变异系数为3.27%~6.69%。噁唑菌酮在橘皮中的降解回归方程为Ct=0.5401e^-0.0751t,r=-0.9672。嗯唑菌酮在橘皮中半衰期为9.2d。初步提出了该药在柑橘上的安全使用标准。 The residue of famoxadone in citrus was studied by acetonitrile extraction, gel column purification, and HPLC-UV detection. The results showed that recovery rates of this method ranged from 79.28% to 101.47% with the variation coefficient of 3.27% -6.69% .The regressive equation for dissipation of famoxadone in citrus peel was Ct=0.5401e^-0.0751t and the correlation coetfficient (r) was 0. 9672. The half-lives of famoxadone in citrus peel were 9.2 d. The criteria of savety-application of famoxadone in citrus was preliminarily proposed.
