摘要
通过将图书馆的情境因素输入到菲德勒的权变模型并加以分析,本文得到了两个启示。第一,图书馆馆长应对所在图书馆实际情况和下属关系情况以及各部门的工作类型等方面的因素综合起来分析,以采取不同的领导方式,才能提高工作效能。第二,馆长领导效能的提高,可以通过改变馆长在不同情况下的个性和领导方式或改变馆长所处环境来得以实现。
By inputting situational factors in libraries into the contingency module by Fiedler and analyzing them, the writer got two apocalypses, the first is: a library director should analyze overall factors like the actual situations in his library, characteristics of himself, the relationship with his subordinates and work in different departments ect. Before showing different leadership so that efficiency be improved; the second is: the improvement of director's leading efficiency can be realized by changing his personality and leadership in different situations or by changing the director's situations.
