The establishment of governmental information resources and the law on publicizing governmental information

文章从政府信息公开的角度,探讨了政府信息资源建设中应注意的问题,并就最近制定的《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例草案(专家建议稿)》与其他国家、地区的政府信息公开法进行了对比,分析了《草案》特点与不足,并由此提出了自己的建议。

This article studies some problems in the establishment of governmental information resources from the law on publicizing governmental information, and compares the difference between our law on publicizing governmental information which is enacted frequently and other countries; Moreover, the article analyses the characters and shortcomings of the law and puts forward to some suggestions.
