摘要
对西安部分小型工业企业进行了调查，并与国外小型企业的有关情况对比，提出了我国小型工业企业实现技术进步的基本条件．
In this paper,based on the investigation of some small enterprises in Xi an and compared with small enterprises abroad,the elementary conditions of technological advancement for small industrial enterprises are presented.
