协调的劳动关系是企业稳定、社会和谐的基础。要想构建和谐劳动关系,要从劳动关系生成的市场环境入手,从劳动关系主体双方(劳动者、用人单位或雇主)的博弈对比力量出发,通过政府(第三方主体)、劳动者、用人单位(或雇主)及工会组织(协调主体)各自发挥主观能动性,这样才能变为现实。

Harmonious labour relation is the foundation of stable enterprises and harmonious society. To build harmonious labour relation, we must start from the environment in which labour relation exists and compare the strength of employees and employers. Only through the joint effort of governments, employees and employers, can we set up a harmonious labour relation.
