为了对多个研制单位的项目文档、信息进行全过程的集中管理,分析了相应的管理模式,所述系统从管理和应用两个层面上充分考虑了用户需求,解决了用户面临的信息和文档在传输、保存、管理方面的难题,面向过程、面向文档,更切合实际,具有普遍性。该系统已应用于全国100多个研制单位,运行可靠。

For the purpose of centralized management of project documents and information that come from many units, this paper analyses corresponding mode of management. The mentioned system g/yes a full considerations of user＇s requirement in management and practical application, solves the user＇s difficult problems in transmission, storage and management of information and document. Process-oriented and document-oriented are more practical and more universal. This system has already been used to more than 100 units in the whole country and runs reliably.
