Automatic Test System based on USB

USB总线从近几年起才开始用在自动测试领域。在总结USB总线基本特性的基础上,提出了基于USB总线的自动测试系统的构建模型,并针对USB总线的局限性,考虑了构建该系统时可能遇到的几个问题,提出了相应的解决方法。

The USB has just been used to the aulomatie test reahn since last few years. This paper summarizes the basic characteristie of USB and presents the strueture model of automatie test system, that is based on USB,and puts forwards a few of problems that may be met in the svstem building beeause of the limitation of USB bus, and the eorrespoud solutions are given.
