作为一种新型的组织形态,高新技术企业创新网络在不断地成长与发展,而创新网络的高绩效就必然离不开有效的管理与控制方法。本文重点论述了高新技术企业创新网络的四种基本控制模式,并在此基础上建立控制模式的有效选择机制。
As a new sort of organizing form, high-tech cooperation innovation network is developing constantly, so a high performance network needs effective control and management. The paper discusses four basic control modes of high-tech cooperation innovation network and then establishes an effective choosing mechanism.
