我国渔业中介组织的涵义及作用探析

Analysis on meaning and function of the fishery medi-institution in China

面对日益激烈的国际市场竞争,我国渔业分散的生产经营方式已不适应国际化渔业发展形势,这就要求我们大力培育各种渔业中介组织,提高我国渔民组织化程度,提升渔业产业国际竞争力。因此,探讨渔业中介组织的涵义及其作用,对我国建立并完善渔业中介组织,发展渔业经济具有一定的指导意义。基于此,本文在分析渔业中介组织的涵义及中介组织功能的基础上,探讨渔业中介组织的作用,并结合我国渔业中介组织的发展,提出相关的政策建议。

Facing the fierce international market competition increasingly, the scattered production mode of fishery in our country has not met with the situation of international fishery＇s development yet,which requires us to foster various fishery intermediaries energetically, improve the degree of organization intensity of fisherman in our country and promote fishery＇s international competitiveness.Therefore,probing into the meaning and function of fishery＇s intermediary has some significance to set up and improve fishery＇s intermediary,develop fishery economy of our country. On the basis of analyzing the meaning and function of fishery＇s intermediary,this paper probes into the function of fishery intermediary. Combining with the development of our country＇s fishery＇s intermediary,we put forward some relevant policy propositions.
