摘要
本文调查、分析了我国渔业船舶报废制度实施的效果,结合我国汽车报废的实践,提出了改进我国渔业船舶报废管理的建议。
This paper investigates and analyzes the performance of fisheries vessel decommission system in China. Borrowed from the practice of car decommission in China, the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the management of fisheries vessel decommission in China.
