同业并购过程中的竞争分析

摘要 在新经济环境下,市场竞争越来越激烈,企业并购已经成为了现代各类企业经常要面对的问题。有的企业因为并购带来了新的发展机遇,有的企业却因并购而一蹶不振,并购过程中的影响因素有很多,对于同业并购而言,竞争情报因素就是企业不得不优先考虑的因素之一,因为不管并购成功与否,这都将影响行业今后的格局和并购当事企业在行业中的地位。 In the new economic society, market competition are more and more fierce , M & As has become a matter which modern various enterprises often confront with. Because of M & As, some enterprises has attained new development opportunities, others ' situations become worse and worse. There are many factors that can affect the process of M & As, as for in the same industry, competitive intelligence is one of the essential factors affectiong enterprise's M & As, which will affect future patterns of the industry and the enterprises'industry status, whether M & As succeed or not.
