摘要
上世纪70年代末,台湾为了应对日趋恶化的经济环境,推出了一系列鼓励创新的政策举措,推动了创新体系的形成,使台湾的创新水平得到快速提升,但台湾的技术创新并没有带动台湾经济的持续发展,其主要原因是创新政策取向出现严重偏差。
In the late 70＇s of the 20th century In order to deal with the increasingly deterioration of economy environment Taiwan established a lot of innovative policies which accelerated the form of its innovative system and quickly promoted its creative level. But technical innovation could not make the economy development in Taiwan.The deviation of innovative policies was the main reason.
