摘要 研究了预烧工艺对高磁导率MnZn铁氧体材料主要电磁性能的影响。结果表明,适宜的预烧温度可明显缓和该材料的磁导率与品质因数之间的矛盾,同时获得较高磁导率和较高的品质因数,即具有较低的比损耗因子和磁滞常数,同时其它参数也得到一定的改善。 The effects of prefiring temperature on the main magnetic parameter of MnZn ferrite material were investigated. It was found that prefiring at suitable temperature can balance the conflict between the initial permeability and quality factors, or both higher quality factor and higher initial permeability can be obtained. As a result, low relative loss factor and low magnetic hysteresis constant can be obtained and other parameters are improved.
