摘要
针对大型钢缆索索力在线监测的实际情况和现有索力传感器的不足,提出基于磁弹效应的新型在线索力传感器,并阐述它的原理,详细分析它的影响因素及其处理办法,搭建相应的实验系统,进行了拉力模拟实验。实验表明,该传感器动态响应好,测量重复性好(重复性精度优于0.2%),满足索力的在线测量要求。
Aimed at the in situ detection for the cable tension of steel cable and shortage of the existing cable tension sensor, a new in situ cable tension sensor based on magneto-elastic effect is introduced, it's principle is described, the factor of effect is analyzed in detail and reduced, the experiment system is designed, the experiment of pulling tension is carried on, the experiment results indicated that it's dynamic characteristic is good, it's repetition is better than 0.2%, adapt to requirement of in situ measurement cable tension.
