摘要 介绍了用笔记本计算机、信号调理电路以及数据采集卡DAQ-6024E构成的基于虚拟仪器技术的汽油发动机点火提前角测试系统。测试信号可以从发动机直接引出,经过信号调理和信号合成电路后进入数据采集卡。系统软件用图形化编程语言LabVIEW设计,测试结果可以直观地在计算机屏幕上显示。系统能测量点火提前角,显示、存储多缸的测量值,非正常工况下报警等功能。各测量参数均以博世综合测试系统和元征X431ECU诊断盒的测量值为参照。 A Virtual Instrument system was designed to measure the Ignition time based on Notebook, signal conditioning module and the DAQ-Card made by NI(National Instruments). Nearly all kinds of Ignition timing, CKP position signal and the cylinder position signal can be measured by the system. These signals were sent to the DAQ - Card embedded in the Notebook through the signal conditioning module and the signal combination module, The operating system was designed by LabVIEW, Measuring results can be displayed directly and debugged easily. The expansibility of the system was strong. The system has been tested for a long while and the collected data were compared with those collected by Bosch car measuring system and launch X431 ECU Reader.
