健脾方联合干扰素治疗脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on spleen-invigorating prescription combined with interferon in treating spleen deficiency of chronic hepatitis B

目的:观察健脾方联合干扰素治疗脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:慢性乙型肝炎脾虚患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予健脾方合干扰素,对照组予干扰素,治疗6月。结果:治疗组患者大部分临床症状明显改善;两组ALT的复常率分别为83.3%和60.0%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);DNA对数均值变化亦优于对照组。结论:健脾方联合干扰素对脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎患者有一定的临床疗效。

Objective：To research the effect of spleen-invigorating prescription combined with interferon injection on spleen deficiency patients of chronic hepatitis B. Methods： A total of 60 spleen deficiency patients of CHB infectors were enrolled and were randomized to divided into 2 ＂group--treatment group and control group,and receive either spleen-invigorating prescription combined with interferon injection （the treated group,） or only interferon （the control group,） for 6 months. Results：Most of the symptoms were alleviated evidently in treatment group. ALT levels were remained in normal ranges in 83.3% and 60% of whose ALT were abnormal before treatment in the treated group and control group respectively（ P〈0.05）. The change of log DNA also superior to the control group. Conclusions： In the spleen deficiency patients of CHB, combination therapy of spleen-invigorating prescription with interferon injection could obtain reasonable clinical effect.
