摘要 通常由氯化钴与碳酸钠制备的碳酸钴粉末中氯的含量比较高,而且难以去除,这不利于碳酸钴的广泛应用。研究了在室温下用电渗析法除去碳酸钴粉末中的氯离子的工艺,考察了电位梯度、电渗析时间、电极室溶液更换等因素对氯离子脱除率的影响,优化了实验条件,获得了氯离子质量分数为0.01%的碳酸钴粉末。优化的电渗析工艺条件为:电位梯度5 V/cm,在阳极室加入硝酸溶液(0.1 mol/L),阴极室加入碳酸钠溶液(0.1 mol/L),电渗析时间为2 h,并且定时更换阴、阳极室的溶液。 Due to somewhat higher chloride in cobaltous carbonate prepared by cobahous chloride and sodium carbonate,its application is limited. Electrodialysis was adopted to remove chloride from cobaltous carbonate at room temperature. Influence of duration, potential gradient and changing solutions in electrode cells on the efficiency of removing chloride was investigated. The desirable conditions were found as follows :potential gradient 5 V/cm, electrodialytic time 2 h ,0.1 mol/L HNO3 solutions in anodic cell ,0.1 mol/L NaOH solutions in cathodal cell and replacing solutions in both electrode cells on time. Under the above mentioned conditions, the cobaltous carbonate powder with 0.01% chloride is prepared.
