摘要 帕金森病为中枢老年退行性疾病,发病原因尚未阐明。6-OHDA、多巴胺(DA)和MPTP(MPP+)为DA能神经元相对选择性神经毒物质。研究6-OHDA、DA和MPTP(MPP+)的DA能神经毒性作用机理对于理解帕金森病的发病机理具有重要意义。利用DA能神经毒物质在体内和体外模拟帕金森病为有效防治帕金森病提供了实验依据。 Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by a preferential loss of the dopaminergic neurons of the substantia nigra pars compacta, and the etiology is unknown. It is necessary to study the selective neurotoxicity of 6- OHDA, MPTP(MPP + ) and dopamine in PD , which can reproduce the histological and/or biochemical characteristics of PD in animals, such as monkey, rat and mouse. It is significant for clinical diagnosis and treatment to understand the mechanism of PD from the experimental modelsof PD.
