Construction Engineering Claim in the International Contract Project Expressway Engineering

本文结合作者国外的工作经历,全面论述了当今索赔工作存在的不足,产生的主要原因、需作的准备工作、遵循的基本原则、应遵守的重要程序以及采取的必要策略,对提高我国建筑行业管理水平并正确运用索赔,尽快参与国际市场竞争有一定的参考价值。

Based on the working experience in the Indus expressway No.9 contract project in Pakistan,this paper discusses the insufficiency of domestic engineering claim work and the reasons,it also offers the preparation works and basic principles, and provides the necessary strategy, it could be used to improve construction industry administration level, and to claim rightly in international market.
