摘要
本文介绍了，作者在重庆市教委资助的“特殊教育网络资源整合及其主题信息门户平台的构建”项目研究中，用Delphi开发语言．运用多线程技术，实现的一个特教网络资源的搜集整理机器人系统。
This paper introduce a robot system automatic collects and tidies up special education network resources by using Delphi development language and multi-threading technique, this system is in research project ＂Integration of Internet Resource of Special Education and the Setup of Subject Information Gateway＂which is granted by Chongqing Education Council.
