摘要
目的:局麻药的低pH值可能是引起脊神经损伤的原因之一,并因此认为氯普鲁卡因禁用于蛛网膜下隙,我们的目的就是要了解临床常用几种局麻药的pH值。
方法:用LE438复合电极pH测定仪测定数种局麻药耕牛液、稀释后液以及稀释液0.9%NaCl的pH值,每种药测定6个样本。
结果:pH值:2%普鲁卡因注射液4.17±0.02;2%利多卡因注射液4.57±0.06;1%注射用丁卡因5.05±0.02;0.75%布比卡因注射液5.64±0.07;0.75%左布比卡因注射液(速卡)4.95±0.07;0.75%罗哌卡因注射液(耐乐品)5.09±0.05;3%氯普鲁卡因注射液(可谱诺)3.11±0.02;3%注射用氯普鲁卡因(可普诺)4.93±0.02;2%注射用氯普鲁卡因(可普诺)5.02±0.03;稀释液或配伍药0.9%NaCl注射液5.42±0.02;10%葡萄糖注射液4.46±0.06;3%麻黄碱注射液5.92±0.04.
结论:注射用氯普鲁卡因的pH与其它几种局麻药相似,在5.0左右,而氯普鲁卡因注射液pH低。结论提示就pH值来说注射用氯普鲁卡因不应成为脊麻禁忌理由。
Objective: The tow pH of local anesthetic might be a cause of spinal nerve injury as it is administrated into subarachnoid space for spinal anesthesia Our aim is to measure pH values of common used local anesthetics.
Method; The pH values of common used local anesthetics and dilution solution of 0.9% NaCl were assayed by LE 438 pH combination electrode. 6 samples of each drug were taken for assay.
Result: The pH values: 2% procaine hydrochloride injection was 4.17±0.02; 2% lidecaine hythochloride injection was 4.57±0.06; 2% tetracaine hydrochloride for injection was5.05±0.02; 0 75% bupivacaine hydrochloride injection was 5.64±0.07; 0.75% levobupivacaine hydrochloride injection (Suka) was 4.95±0.07;0.75% ropivacaine hydrochloride injection (Naropin) was 5.09±0.05; 3% chloroprocaine hydrochloride injection (Kepunuo) was 3.11±0.02; 3% chloroprocaine hydrochloride for injection (Kepunuo) was 4.93±0.02; 2% chloroprocaine hydrochtoride for injection (Kepunuo) was 5.02±0.03; 0.9% sodium chloride injection was 5.42±0.02;10% glucose injection was 4.46±0.06; 3% ephedrine hydrochloride injection was 5.92±0.04
Conclusion: The pH of chloroprocaine hydrochloride for injection is around 5.0 and similar to other anesthetics, but the chloroprocaine hydrochloride injection's pH is low.The data suggest that chloroprocaine hydrochloride for injection should not become a taboo cause for spinal anesthesia due to its pH.
