摘要
物流业已成为我国许多省市国民经济中的重要产业和增长点。长沙市政府审时度势,科学规划,决定重点建设和发展金霞、星沙、马王堆和一力四个物流园区。文章首先对长沙物流园区建设中所面临的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行了比较全面的分析,认为长沙的物流园区建设是优势大于劣势,机遇多于挑战。接着,文章为长沙物流园区进行了战略定位,并制定了具体的战略理念和战略举措。
Logistics has been an important newly - emerging developing point of national economy. The Changsha municipal government has planned to build and develop 4 logistics parks in the areas of jinxia, xingsha, mawangdui and yili in the coming years. Under the current situation, the paper first analyzes the advantages, opportunities as well as disadvantages, challenges of the parks, and holds that the advantages and opportunities outweigh the disadvantages. Then it points out strategic orientation and choices for the parks to develop.
