The basic theory and principles of construcfivism have gradually been applied to the instruction of teaching plan in an effort to construct effective study environment aided by the network. Multimedia and web technology have greatly boosted the transformation of teaching mode and changed teacher - student relation. The advanrages of multimedia teaching involve 2 aspects： input of linguistic information and output of students＇ linguistic competence.
