摘要
根据控制时滞线性奇异系统理论和区间奇异系统理论,运用矩阵的初等变换,得到控制时滞线性奇异系统能控以及R-能控的充要条件。并利用所得结果,解决了控制时滞线性时不变区间奇异系统的R-能控问题。
By the theory of the singular systems with control delay and the interval singular systems, we obtain the theoren about the controllabilility and R-controllability of the linear singular systems with control delay, using the elementary matrix transform .Moreover we use the conclusions solving the R-controllability of interval singular systems with control delay.
