摘要
教学控制感是教师对教学相关因素及其关系达到有效了解和把握后的情感体验。它是教师有效教学的重要基础,对教学具有启动效应和反馈功能。教学控制感随教师教学成长而逐渐增强并趋于成熟,这个过程受教育的外部环境和教师的个体因素的影响。新手教师教学控制感的发展应遵循内强素质、外强联系的途径,并采取走在变化前、持续科研和合作教学等策略。
The teaching control sense is a feeling experienced elements and relationship. As the basis of effective teaching by teachers who have completely known and grasped teaching , it functions as a starter and feedback device in teaching. The teaching control sense was enhanced to mature with teachers' development, which was influenced by external factors and teachers' individual factors. To promote teaching control sense, new teachers shall take such measures as improving personal qualifications, enhancing communication with other teachers, taking actions before changes, and keeping academic research and cooperative teaching.
