摘要
埃塞俄比亚政府以教育为突破口进行改革,以求摆脱国家经济的困境,这一举措大大带动了教师在职培训工作的开展。埃塞俄比亚的教师在职培训有三种模式,其中校本培训模式被证明是最为有效的。
