我国武术馆(校)师资现状与发展对策

Current situation of teachers in Wushu schools in China and measures for development

通过对我国武术运动发展具有代表性的省市部分武术馆(校)进行了调查研究,发现目前我国武术馆(校)的师资问题比较严重,教练员、教师学历水平较低,整体教学水平不高。根据武术学校发展的实际现状,提出了科学管理、提高业务素质、改善生存环境等对策来解决武术学校面临的实际困境。

We surveyed and studied part of Wushu schools in provinces and cities in China, which represent the development of Wushu in China, and revealed the following findings： Currently the teacher problem is kind of serious in Wushu schools in China;the coaches and teachers have a relatively low level of educational qualification;overall teaching standard is not high. According to the actual current situation of development of Wushu schools, the author put forward measures for resolving actual difficulties confronted by Wushu schools, such as scientific management, enhancing business makings, and improving survival environment.
