This article makes a tentative analysis of content and the significance of the latest CET test reform, with college English teaching theory and practice, states its enlightenment and the influence to the college English teach- ing practice. With changing teaching model and improving teaching ef^ciency, we should take the positive effective measures to coordinate this test reform, impels the reform and development of college English teaching.
