法夫酵母转化类胡萝卜素生产虾青素的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 对法夫酵母细胞及液氮破壁的菌体碎片转化类胡萝卜素为虾青素进行了研究.试验结果表明,法夫酵母细胞可以吸收类胡萝卜素并将其转化为虾青素;液氮破壁的法夫酵母菌体碎片具有类胡萝卜素转化酶活性,可转化类胡萝卜素为虾青素.单因子试验结果显示,选择乙醇为反应溶剂,控制反应温度为4℃,乙醇与水的比例为6至8,反应pH值为2等反应参数较适于液氮破壁的法夫酵母菌体碎片转化类胡萝卜素为虾青素.该试验结果为用法夫酵母细胞或破壁的菌体碎片转化类胡萝卜素为虾青素的商业生产提供理论依据和有价值的技术参数. Enzymatic conversing carotenoid to astaxanthin by Phaffia rhodozyma cell and cell fractions is investigated. The results show that integrate cell of Phaffia rhodozyma can assimilate many kinds of carotenoids and converse them to astaxanthin. The fragments of Phaffia rhodozyma broken by liquid nitrogen method possess enzymatic activity of conversing carotenoids to astaxanthin. It is indicated by single factor experiments that using alcohol as the reaction solvent,controlling reaction temperature at 4℃ ,keeping ratio of ethanol to water at 6-8 and reaction pH at 2 is suitable for fractions of Phaffia rhodozyma to conversing carotenoids to astaxanthin. The results of this investigation are helpful to studies of enzymatic conversing carotenoids to astaxanthin by intact cell as well as cell fractions of Phaffia rhodozyma.
