摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对泉州市55所中学新任体育教师进行调查分析.结果表明:男、女教师比例失调;新任教师学历达标率接近国家规定要求;学缘结构呈多元化发展趋势;新任教师教学、科研水平有待提高;新任教师中存在着专业思想不稳定因素;岗前和职后培训工作需加强.对策:建立终身学习的专业意识,提高新任教师的教育教学能力和科研水平;进一步优化教师的学缘结构;加强新任教师师德教育;探索实现职前培养、岗前和职后培训的一体化机制.
In this essay, newly qualified physical education teachers from 55 middle schools in Quanzhou are investigated and analyzed on their structure and quality by referring to documents and questionnaire survey. The result shows as follows: there is a disproportion between the numbers of male and female teachers; the rate of new teachers who reach the re- quired academic qualification is close to the national standard; the structure of graduation school tends to develop multi-modally; the teaching quality and scientific researching level are still to be improved;some instable factors exist in their professional concepts; the preservice and post-job training should be reinforced. Some countermeasures are suggested as follows:to establish a professional concept for lifelong study;to enhance the newly qualified teachers' educating and teaching skills and their scientific researching level;to further optimize the structure of graduation school; to reinforce teachers' moral education;to explore and realize an all-in-one system of pre-service and post-job training.
