Shen Congwen and His Xiangxi World——The Unique Features of Shen Congwen's Literary Works in the View of Comparative Literature

沈从文为世人第一次完整生动地塑造了一个神奇、浪漫、多情的湘西世界,从而也为中国的新文学开辟了一个新声部。湘西的文化特征和沈从文的文化秉赋是一种杂糅了当地的多种文化因素而又以楚巫文化为主的文化。沈从文的作品之所以至今仍“缺乏应有的理解”并且“始终与并世同行成就少共同处”,就因为他以现代的美学观念对家乡的独特的人生形式和生命形态作出了苦苦的追寻与思索。
