摘要
技术创新主体是建设创新型国家的载体。在发达国家技术创新路径上,技术创新主体结构经历了从政府为主导向企业为主导的演变,而与之相应,企业作为技术创新主体的功能也在不断增强,共同构成了创新型国家的重要特征。我国目前在主体结构上已演变到位,但需要在提高企业技术创新能力方面做出更大的努力。
The subject of tech-innovation is the carrier in the construction of innovating countries. The evotutton mode of subject from the government-leading to enterprise-leading in developed countries and the strengthening function of enterprise as the tech-innovation subject jointly make up the peculiar features of innovating countries. Although the subject structure in China has been in the stage of maturation, more efforts are still needed to improve the tech-innovating capability of enterprises.
