以人为本是科学发展观的价值中枢;持续发展是科学发展观的发展实质;互生与共生、人与自然的协调是科学发展观的发展前提;遮蔽与解蔽是科学发展观的科技动力支持;综合评价、多重指标的价值复合是科学发展观的衡量标准。
Human-oriented is the value hub of the scientific approach of development; Sustainable development is its essence; Mutual survival and common survival and the harmony between man and the ,nature are its premises;Covering and uncovering are its scientific and technological support; Comprehension appreciation and multiple value integration are its assessing standards.
