Under the dual pressure of demobilization and employment, the US government carried out the employment policy with an emphasis on the re-employment rights,preference of civil service recruitment and education for free. It not only successfully solved the employment problem of veterans during the process of transfer from wartime economy to peacetime economy, but also realized the veterans＇ transfer from soldiers to non-majors.
